These terms cover merchandise purchases from our online shop, operated by The Sunflower Bakery & Cafe. They do not replace any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Choosing your merchandise
Sunflower merchandise is made to order by our production partner, Printful. Please check the product description, size guide, size, color, quantity, and delivery address before placing your order. Product images illustrate the design; screen colors and the appearance of a finished print may vary. This does not limit your rights if an item is defective or different from what you ordered.
Prices and checkout
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Your selected options may affect the price. Available payment methods, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the order total are displayed at checkout. Please review the total before placing your order. An account is not required to purchase.
Production and delivery
Delivery includes the time to make your items and the carrier’s shipping time. Available destinations and shipping options depend on the items and address entered at checkout. Any estimated delivery date is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date; production, carrier, or customs delays can occur. Items may arrive in separate packages.
If your destination requires import duties or other charges not included at checkout, these may be collected by the carrier or local authorities. Contact us before ordering if you need help understanding the available delivery options.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check its production status and explain what is possible. Because merchandise is made to order, we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation once processing or production has begun. Any cancellation rights required by law still apply.
Returns, damage, and missing packages
Our Returns & Refunds policy explains quality claims, missing deliveries, incorrect addresses, and the ordinary exclusions for changes of mind or choosing the wrong size. Please contact us before returning anything. The policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle order, contact, and website information and how to make a privacy request. Optional cookie or newsletter choices are separate from agreeing to these shop terms.
